Your data, briefly

What we store

• Join the list: your email (and optional name) plus your consent — used only for release notifications. One release notification per new book. No newsletters. No promotions.
• Votes & artist watches: the artist you vote for, and your email only if you ask to be notified. Consents for different purposes are kept separate.
• Story tips: the tip itself and contact details only if you choose to leave them. Tips are treated as research leads and are never published with your name.
• Review access: your name, outlet and email so we can grant protected access to review material.

How long we keep it

Confirmation links are valid for 7 days. If you never confirm, the pending record — a member signup or an artist watch — is deleted automatically after 30 days. Confirmed records are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Analytics

Anonymous visitor statistics run only if you accept in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no non-essential analytics is activated — technically necessary functions always work.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, see what we hold about you, or have your data deleted at any time. Email press@formgren.com and we'll sort it. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
